I just met ezekiel who has a edu-pcr company 'amplyus'. They sell kits for
abt. $700 .
I don't know how much the parts required for openPCR cost , he said their
tech is similar.

Problem is, the phosphatase will digest the ATPs so that the ligase

P.S. the stop buffer is also not really a solution to the problem as it
will inactivate the ligase too. I would have to do an ethanol
precipitation
anyway...
