it seems you should write a script that
(1) downloads:
Loading Image...
loop on i,j (you need to find out the limits)
layer, each of:
background
higherPlants
unicellularOrganisms
coenzymes
substrates
grid (you may want to ignore that )
enzymes
regulatoryEffects
(2) uses imagemagick to put them all in one image.
