help on 2 axis CNC

Hi all,

I've been working on a 2 axis CNC using this code
<https://github.com/MarginallyClever/GcodeCNCDemo> on arduino that seems to
work if I send the gcode instructions from the Arduino serial monitor, but
I cannot manage to connect to the port using other programs (I tried with
at least 4).

Is anybody going to be in TAMI these days (maybe today or tomorrow) and
could help me out?

Tami is a bit hot these days without working A/C due to partial power
outage, but in the evening I could meet you there today.
